A mixed-use development that stacks a hospital clinic across two floors with a penthouse-style residence above, the design breaks away from the monotony of typical healthcare architecture. The facade plays with angles - dynamic yet minimal - where whites dominate the palette, creating a sense of purity, clarity, and calm. Custom MS handrails, terracotta breeze blocks, and indoor water bodies elevate the spatial experience with a serene, almost meditative quality. The elevation is treated as an architectural expression in itself - an interplay of straight and angled lines that carry through in the staircase, lighting design, and room orientation. It's an ode to light, clean geometry, and a better healthcare experience for both doctor and patient.
