Agazhi Design Pattarai (ADP) is a dynamic interior design studio founded by the architect duo, Janani and Karthik. With a shared vision and extensive international exposure, they established the practice in 2018, focusing on crafting immersive and thoughtful environments. Specializing in healthcare, hospitality, and retail interior design, ADP combines creativity, innovation, and functionality to enhance the human experience within these spaces.

ADP is known for its energetic approach to design, exploring various realms such as generative design, product design, branding, and graphic design, alongside traditional interior and spatial design. Ar. Karthik Raja is the silent force at the core of Agazhi Design Pattarai (ADP), bringing depth, precision, and a calm focus to the studio’s creative process. As the co-founder and chief architect, Karthik is the driving intellectual force behind the firm's designs. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and his seamless ability to manipulate lines, curves, and forms, Karthik approaches a design as if these elements are part of his own being. His intuitive understanding of these principles allows him to create spaces that are not only visually stunning but also architecturally precise.
While Janani’s energy and leadership drives the team forward, Karthik’s quiet intensity provides the perfect counterbalance.
